Regenstech is an innovative start-up and a benefit corporation founded by Maria Silvia Pazzi and Alfredo Montanari. Our mission is to transform civil and industrial textile waste into secondary raw materials using patented technology.

He is a counselor and honorary president of IMA S.p.A., founding member of the Cassa di Risparmio di Bologna Foundation, and former president of Banca di Bologna. He served as vice-president of the National Federation of Knights of Labor from 2007 to 2013.
Since 2019, we have focused on building an R&D team consisting of consultants, industrial partners, and university research centers. This team is capable of designing and implementing, in all its individual components – process, transformation, and chemical treatment – an integrated solution for the transformation of waste materials from the civil and industrial sectors of the fashion industry.
Today, we have a portfolio of patents, trademarks, projects, and proven solutions that effectively transform such ‘waste’ into high-quality secondary raw materials at competitive costs, with various application sectors.
We have created an innovative solution that combines operational processes, industrial automation, and green chemistry for the transformation of waste into high-quality Secondary Raw Material (SRM).
